I cannot find the part I want!
We have over 5.000 different, new parts in stock and we add parts almost on a daily basis. Of course, your part may not (yet) have been added to our inventory or maybe you just cannot find it in the webshop. We also have more in our warehouse than we can show in our webshop. We are happy to help you, just conctact our parts department and we will see if we can trace the part for you. As an alternative, if a new part is not available, we might be able to offer you a used part from our very large stock of used parts. In that case we will contact you with information about the condition and price of the part.
Payments
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or by payment in advance by bank transfer.
Parts are shipped directly after payment is recieved, but keep in mind paying in advance by bank can add 1 or 2 days before parts are shipped.
Core charge
Many parts like brake calipers, brake drums, even some brake discs but also parts as windshield wiper mechanisms are usually made from rebuild cores. Although partly made of older parts, this has no influence on their performance, but it has a positive effect on their price and sometimes also their availability. Even Volvo has an exchange system f.ex. for engines, gearboxes and even on some suspension parts. Upon return of the old part we will refund you the the core charge if it is in rebuildable condition. Shipping fees for cores are not credited!
Core charge when applicable is always noted on the product page.
Shipping or collecting
We ship parts on a daily basis. Generally speaking, order cut-off time is 15.00h for same day shipments. Transit times vary with destination and chosen shipping method.
As we are a real brick and mortar business with a counter and real people we also welcome you to collect your order!

Warranty
Most of our manufacturers offer a waranty of one year on their products. Replacement labour and other related costs are never covered.
Excluded from warranty are electrical parts, parts which have been improperly used, wrongly installed or used in rallying or racing. In general parts will have to be returned for evaluation of the warranty claim. If the warranty claim is valid, standard shipping cost will be reimbursed.

Returns
Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days after reciept for a full refund, if the item is still unused and in its original package. Parts returned after 14 days are subject to a restocking fee.
We offer no refunds on electronic parts, (electronic) books or custom made parts.

Damage in transit
Nordicar packs and ships parts carefully. We use sturdy carton boxes and soft fillings to absorb the normal shocks which can be expected during shipment and give extra care to breakable items. You can expect them to arrive safely.
However, accidents can happen. If the box you recieve is damaged when delivered please have a note made of this before accepting the item, otherwise we cannot claim any damage, should an item be broken.

Nordicar uses images for almost all parts available through this website.
The images are representations of standard materials, with an allowance for variations in f.e. colours or packaging.
While we try to be as accurate as possible, note that smaller items such as mounting materials may or may not always be included with the main item!
Price discrepancies
We are only human. Very occasionally prices as advertised are incorrect. If an item's price is higher (or lower) than the listed price we will contact the purchaser for a solution. The purchaser has the right to cancel the order (or has the right for a refund).
